How much AI each plan includes, and how it's counted. Last updated October 2026.

How much AI you get

Each plan comes with a monthly AI allowance:

• Free: 30 AI actions a month.
• Pro: up to 1,000 AI actions a month.

When you reach your allowance, you get 10 extra once that month, so you can finish what you're doing.

What counts

Anything U does for you in AI marketing when you ask counts. Each of these uses 1:

• A chat answer from U, even when it drafts several posts.
• A Copywriter draft or rewrite.
• A set of reply ideas for a comment.
• An account review.

What's free

These never use your allowance:

• Setting up: your first voice profile, and your first post ideas on each platform.
• AI in the creator portal, for your courses and products.
• Learning in the background: refreshing your voice after you post or reconnect an account, learning the products you publish and your best posting times, and Brand Voice Refresh.
• Anything that fails or comes back empty.

When it resets

Allowances reset on the 1st of every month at 00:00 UTC. It's the same day for everyone, whatever day you started a plan.

Keep U up to date

While you use AI marketing, U keeps learning your voice and your products in the background. It's on us and never uses your allowance. You can switch it off in Settings, under Plan and usage.

When you run out

AI rests until the 1st. Writing, scheduling, posting and selling keep working. On Free, you can upgrade to Pro right from the message. On Pro, the same message lets you tell us you need more.
